Our home offers two generously sized double bedrooms, and one single, each equipped with zip and link beds. By default, these are set up as singles but can be combined to form super king-sized doubles upon request. Enjoy a restful night's sleep on our comfortable orthopaedic mattresses. Each bedroom has ample storage space, ensuring you have plenty of room for all your belongings.


Bathrooms:

The full bathroom features a luxurious double rain shower, perfect for unwinding after a long day. The space is modern and fully refurbished, providing a relaxing environment to refresh and recharge.


Living Room:

The spacious living room is designed for relaxation and entertainment. With two large, comfortable sofas, you can unwind while watching your favourite shows on the smart TV, which comes equipped with Netflix, Prime, and Disney+. For gaming enthusiasts, an Xbox One S is also available, offering hours of entertainment.


Garden Room:

Our garden room is a versatile space, ideal for dining and recreation. It features a large dining table, perfect for group meals or a leisurely breakfast. For some fun, challenge your friends or family to a game of table football. This room opens up to the garden patio, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living.


Kitchen:

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. It includes an electric oven and a 4-hob gas burner with an extractor fan, a microwave, toaster, and kettle. We've provided tea and coffee for your convenience. There's ample storage in the large cabinets for all your food and utensils are fully stocked.

Here, you'll find a fridge with a freezer compartment, a washing machine, and a clothes airer. For your convenience, an iron and ironing board, extra countertop space, and guest cleaning supplies are also available.
