The desk last was sweet and helpful, but the chip reader wouldn't work for my credit card and the company basically blamed it on my card company even though I was on the phone with them and they said that the machine was not "communicating" with them. They were unhelpful and did not do anything to trouble shoot my issue. Otherwise it was pretty good. The milk in the individual bottles is awful tasting but breakfast was decent most mornings. ...
