On the east coast of the island of Lefkada in Greece, Villa Morfeas is nestled among the small community town of Nydri. Thanks to the towns natural harbour location, it is an unsurprisingly popular destination for boat trips around the Ionian islands. On the busy waterfront, bustling bars, and seaside tavernas can be found at the water’s edge.
Just a short walk from the lively centre, this beautiful villa provides panoramic views over lush green grassland, rugged mountain tops, and clear shimmering sea. At Villa Morfeas, you can admire the incredible vistas from the infinity pool, sun loungers, and al fresco dining area. Of an evening, there is no better place to enjoy a home cooked meal lovingly prepared on the built-in barbeque with family and friends.
Inside, you are welcomed by an open plan living room, dining area, and kitchen with a flat screen TV, washing machine, and coffee machine. Wi-Fi and air conditioning are also provided.
Two bedrooms and one bathroom comfortably accommodate up to four guests. Neighbouring Villa Irida and Villa Adriani, Villa Morfeas is an ideal base for extended families and large groups who wish to spend quality time together in the sun.
To access the villa there is a path which is 130cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 85cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 180cm wide. The terrace is crazy paved, although on a very slight incline. The crazy paving can be uneven in places. The ground floor bedroom door is 78cm wide, whilst the bathroom door is 70cm wide.
