Villa Melia is a luxurious, autonomous and independent two-storied stone residence. The villa can accommodate up to 6 people. It includes 1 bedroom, 1 bath and a veranda on the first floor and 1 bedroom, 1 W.C., 1 open concept kitchen and living room with a fireplace on the ground floor.

Payment policy
Full payment must be completed on the day of expiry of free cancellation period.

In case of failure to provide payment as above, Anemones Villas reserves the right to cancel reservation without any further obligation and notification.

Cancellation policy
Free cancellation before 18:00 (local property time) on Monday, 24 March 2025.

If cancelled up to 21 days prior arrival no fees apply. For cancellations later, 30% of the total price will be charged. In case of cancellation or modification, 15 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee. In case of failure to provide payment a above, Anemones Villas has the right to cancel the reservation without any further notice or obligation.
