Luxury Ionian White villa is just 250m walking distance from a sandy beach, and within walking distance from the wonderful picturesque village of Agios Nikitas that offers all types of businesses, shops and restaurants. It is also minutes drive away from famous Kathisma Beach and 3 minutes drive from Pefkoulia beach. Located on the western part of the island, the villa is perfect for the exploration of the most beautiful beaches of the island, and enjoying colorful sunsets.

Ionian White villa has 5 bedrooms in total and can comfortably accommodate 9 guests and offers a folded extra bed for one more guest. The property is separated in two independent floors, allowing guests to enjoy privacy and seclusion. From the parking area, just few steps lead you to the swimming pool area with sunbeds and umbrellas that invite you to gaze at the endless blue Ionian sea and savor summer evenings. The stairs near the pool will lead you to the first floor of the villa that composes of a contemporary large kitchen with open layout, in contact with living room and dining area, plus one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Walking behind the dining area and few steps up is a second bedroom with double bed and bathroom.

Outside the first floor, a large veranda with lovely sea views and an easy access to the swimming pool area is accessible through the front bedroom and living room, so you can enjoy the nice outdoor sitting area. From the beautiful outside space you can walk up the stairs to reach the second floor of the villa.

Outside the entrance you find a large concrete summer living room, that will generously host you for your evening drinks. When entering the second floor, you see elegantly designed high ceilings, spacious open plan and wonderful natural sun light in the kitchen and living room, that will welcome you in. Through this large living room, connected to the wide kitchen and lovely dining area, you can access the spacious balcony with a panoramic view of the endless turquoise water of the west coast.

On this floor are situated, one master bedroom in the front with access to the balcony, a bathroom with shower, and in the back one more room with a double bed and ensuite bathroom. Right beside this room, a small extra bedroom with one single bed is also an excellent option to sleep a child.

Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.

Agios Nikitas is a village on the island of Lefkada, Greece, part of the municipal unit of Lefkada (city). It is a small beach resort, situated on the northwestern coast. This village captivates travellers with its traditional colours, the turquoise waters of its famous beach as well as it’s cosmopolitan character. Agios Nikitas with its homonymous beach, minimarket, taverns and shops, it is an ideal destination for family holidays.

• A minimum stay charge applies depending on the season. Prices also vary according to the exact number of guests. To avoid any misunderstandings, kindly ensure that you select the correct number of people when making your booking.
• If the size or configuration of your group changes before arrival and differs from your original booking, additional charges may apply.
• An additional 15€/day environmental fee should be paid in cash directly to the owner upon arrival.
