Excellent tavernas are within walking distance and Nikiana Beach is a quick drive away, while Lefkada Town offers superb shopping, dining and nightlife a little further along the coast. This 3-bedroom villa (sleeps 2–6) is arranged across two levels, with a lift linking the floors. The first floor features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with a 56-inch Smart TV and sliding doors to the pool terrace and seating area. The kitchen includes a hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.



The ground floor offers a master bedroom (200cm x 220cm bed, convertible to twins) with an en-suite bathroom, separate WC, safe, and 56-inch Smart TV, along with access to a shared terrace. Two further double bedrooms (180cm x 210cm beds, both convertible to twins) each have en-suite facilities, Smart TVs, and terrace access. A separate shower room and a small utility room with a washing machine complete this well-designed and comfortable space.
