#Access:

The villa is located approximately 2 km from the center of Sivota, Lefkada. Please note that the drive to the property is uphill and includes some narrow and non-paved sections, typical of hillside locations in the area.

A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

***As of January 2024, the Greek government has introduced a climate resilience tax of €15 per night. This tax is payable in cash upon arrival, and a separate receipt will be issued during your stay.***
