My family had a lovely stay here! House was wonderfully equipped, loved the dock and hot tub, and just a 20 min drive to Warsaw for additional restaurants and activities. We recommend the Lake City skiers show! Thanks for sharing your excellent home with us.

Beautiful lake house with amazing views!

We had a great stay at the mermaid house!!! The views of the lake are incredible and the house is stocked with everything you can think of. We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck, cruising around on the pontoon, and relaxing in the hot tub. We would love to visit again someday.

Lovely Lake Property

The Mermaid House was very clean and had everything we needed. The view of the lake was stunning and the windows provided gorgeous light, as we prepared for our daughter’s wedding. We will definitely be back if we stay in the area again!

Perfect weekend escape

Beautiful place with plenty of space for a family even though it was just my wife and I this time. It was off-season for the lake so it was quiet and peaceful but has a great location right on the water that would I’m sure make this a great location in the summer. We will definitely be back.

The property is very nice looks all newly remodeled the kitchen is amazing with an additional kitchen on the lower level going out to the deck. The veiws of the lake are stunning from the house and deck. The host was very nice and easy to communicate with. Beautiful, peaceful escape

The house is beautiful and the setting is so peaceful. The view from the living room is wonderful with all those windows. Check in and check out process was super easy. Tracy left a welcome bottle of wine, which was so thoughtful. My sons and I stayed a few days and enjoyed the house and hot tub. Beds were comfortable and kitchen and bathrooms offer everything you need for pleasant stay. Definitely plan to return when weather is warmer.

A taste of paradise

We had such an amazing time at this gorgeous, modern and well kept lake home. Tracy was an amazing hostess who was so responsive and considerate, making us feel so at home and welcome. We used the pontoon boat which was an added plus to a dream vacation getaway. If you are looking for a memorable vacation, getaway or family reunion, this is the place to go. We have been to many places and this is by far our new favorite and the best ever! The pictures do not do the location and the space justice. I want to go back again and again!

Positive and Enjoyable Stay

I secured this property for a candidate and her husband to stay during a recruitment trip to Warsaw. They spoke highly about the comfort, the lake views, and space. For me, making all the arrangements, the host was extremely responsive and accommodating! I will definitely use again in future when the need arises. Great way to show off the community with such a great stay and lake home. Thank you.
