„The stay was a last minute decision. The cleanliness of the property was not up to par. We had to purchase towels but was reimbursed by the owner. The internet wasn’t working well and he did his best to get it on but it was extremely slow. He was unsure if the cleaners had washed the sheets so we ended up washing all the linen before we laid down. We wish the circumstances were different but that was our reality.“

This property was conveniently located 10 minutes from our event venu and no more than 10-15 minutes from a great selection of restaurants, grocery stores, and entertainment. „We celebrated my dad’s birthday on the lake. The house was a great size. The dock and back yard were ideal for entertaining. Plenty of parking. We really enjoyed our stay. Marty was a great host.“

„Nice little cottage, clean with a few "bugs" that had been exterminated. But you're at the lake, to be expected. Dock/boathouse provided adequate docking. Landing for boat launch directly across from property. Convenient. Has ductless A/C which was adequate for our stay but not sure how it will compensate for 110 degree Georgia summers . Would stay again.“

„The pictures online did not do this home justice. This home was nicer than the pictures online. We enjoyed our stay except for the Rooster. LOL! The owner worked with us when I made a scheduling mistake. His response were rapid. The only thing that was missing there are no bedside tables and not enough plugs. There are also no end tables in the front room/family room/Den. The only table was the small glass table in the kitchen. Other then those minor things everything else was PERFECT! “
