„Good condo in Homestead village. A bit dated, as mentioned in other reviews, but overall a good place to stay with a great view. Very comfortable for 2 couples as each "suite" is on opposite sides of the unit, providing good privacy. A bit tricky finding your way to the beach. Loved the location as we were doing a color tour and wanted something outside of Traverse City (too busy). This place is 10 minutes from Glen Arbor and Sleeping Bear Dunes and 30 minutes from Fishtown and Sutton's Bay. ...

„Wonderful views of Lake Michigan; would have preferred greater beach access. The condo was pretty clean-dirty carpet leading up to loft. Really needs updates-flooring, kitchen counters/tops, same with bathrooms.“

„Had a relaxing stay at this condo at Homestead. Beautiful views off the deck. The condo is older but clean and well maintained. It was very quiet when we were there. No hesitation in recommending this property.“

„We loved staying here. Amazing location. The condo was very clean. Things are a little dated and the kitchen could use a few more amenities. The freezer was also so full of ice buildup that it broke the freezer door and consequently the fridge door wouldn’t close. The whole thing should be replaced. We ate out the whole time, so it didn’t affect our trip. But if we had brought food that needed refrigeration or a freezer we would have been disappointed. “

„The pictures do not depict the condition of the furnishings and rooms. The chairs have tears, the washing machine was falling a part, the bedroom tv had no connection, messaged the host with no response. I hate to say it but it Was not worth the cost.“
