Set on central Great George Street, you're steps from Millennium Square, The Light, Leeds University, First Direct Arena, the Town Hall and Trinity Shopping Centre.

The open-plan lounge and fully-equipped kitchen are flooded with natural light, with peaceful views across a leafy corner of the city. A generous dining table makes it ideal for relaxed meals overlooking the church.

The main bedroom features a king-size bed with supersoft linens and a tranquil outlook. Original artwork echoes the mill's modern-industrial spirit. A second discreet sleeping area can be configured as a sofa or private workspace. Please note this is an adjacent space to the living area separated by a room divider, and not a closed bedroom.

The contemporary bathroom offers a luxurious walk-in shower, large bathtub, underfloor heating, organic toiletries and luxury towels.

The apartment is self check-in with codes. It's on the second floor with lift access from the ground entrance (up 5 steps). Guests have exclusive private access to the entire apartment throughout their stay. I'm really responsive in the message inbox, and you'll receive clear check-in instructions before arrival.

CAR: One private space in the secure, gated car park behind the mill building, bookable for £15 per night. Add it to your booking and I'll send access details before arrival. For a second car, QPark at The Light is up the road (approx £26 per day).

TRAIN: A 10 minute scenic walk (0.5 miles) from Leeds train station, across the statued City Square, past the stunning pillared Town Hall, or down Infirmary Street, then St Paul's Street and alongside Park Square.

Early check-in and late checkout are bookable by the hour at £11 per hour, up to four hours either side. Add them to your booking and I'll confirm as soon as the housekeeping schedule allows.

In the immediate vicinity of Great George Street are a number of quaint cafes and restaurants for dinner or breakfast at a quality independent. This is a quiet part of the city yet incredibly central, just 10 minutes from Trinity shopping centre, Boar Lane and on to Briggate or The Headrow. We are north west of the centre, right near the LGI hospital.
