The studio is accessed via a full flight of stairs and there is no lift/elevator. It may therefore not be suitable for guests who have difficulty using stairs or have mobility requirements.

The property is located in a lively Leeds neighbourhood close to local businesses and a main road, so some outside or street noise may occasionally be heard.
