It comprises an attractive 55 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, three shower rooms (with showers) and an exterior of around 800 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A 55 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200), en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 3: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 4: with a single pull-out bed (90×200) and a queen-size bed (160×200) and a single bed. (sleeps 3)
- A shower room (with shower)
- A separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, table tennis table.

Outside:
- A 9x4 m swimming pool (private, heated), open from 1 April to 31 November and with an electric shutter.
- An enclosed, private area of 800 m², facing south-east and with furniture to enjoy the fine weather
- A 150 m² south-east-facing wooden terrace with furniture.
- From 16 May 2026: a 24 m² pool house / courtyard where you can enjoy your meals in the shade.

The villa is ideally located in Lecci, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market...

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the villa's private car park (4 spaces). A charging point for electric vehicles is also available free of charge.
