„The hotel staff is friendly, the hotel amenities are very efficient and effective, and the view of the mountains from the top two floors - is just fantastic.
Had a bit of a medical emergency, and the hotel had no immediate response. They did not know how to call a doctor, but they did provide a car to take me to the hospital next-door but did not offer the car service to come back.“
„Beautiful hotel with spacious and confortable rooms. Personnel is also very friendly. There is only 2 dowsides: the restaurant had almost nothing available (wrt menu) and the hotel is little bit far from city center (20 min by walk). Bit overall I recommand this hotel.“

„The room and washroom were spotless, and all the public rooms were very well-appointed. Heaters were always available and placed nearby.

„Sinclares Resort is such a gem! The entire property is meticulously maintained and nicely decorated with beautiful landscaping. The premium room is spacious and bedding is clean and comfortable. They provide you with a heater during winter time so the room is plenty warm. The best part is the hot shower which is so much better compared to other equally expensive hotels we stayed across India. You can take a really comfortable shower without worrying about the hot water running out in the middle ...

Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, and when we were asked what we would like for breakfast on the evening before, we requested some things that weren't on their breakfast menu (We hadn't seen it at that point)and they went out and bought them specially. „It was really nice and comfortable stay, above all the hotel is exactly infront of the Darjeeling station, and from the window snowy mountains can be seen too.“

Although the property is on the main road, the rooms are very quiet - especially ones facing away from the road. Overall we enjoyed the stay and will definitely recommend this hotel. “
