„Tiptop“

„Clean room and big bathroom“

„My parents enjoyed their night here, thank you“

„We stayed one night as a stopover on our way home to Scotland. We had a superior double room in the lodge part of the hotel. Stunning room. Very spacious even with what looked like a super king bed. Lovely to have the little terrace space. Had a delicious meal in the restaurant and excellent breakfast in the morning. Loved the different options to normal offerings with overnight oats and yoghurt smoothies. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Lovely dog friendly hotel which we’d love to ...

„The restaurant serves an excellent dinner.“

Our problem was with access to the hotel. It was dark when we arrived, Harrogate had many one way roads and a lot of roadworks semi-closing others. We eventually had to abandon the car, walk to the hotel and ask for help as to how to get into the car park. Staff were very helpful and got us sorted. We had booked a space in the car park, ...

Sehr nettes Personal. “

„I expect more from a 4 star hotel. The room was lovely and spacious however confetti which was all over the grounds was also in our room. There are 3 lifts one is staff only, one is out of order which according to a frequent guest has been the case for 2 years!! Then they serviced the 3rd lift, leaving my 84 year old parents to negotiate very old wonky stairs, not ideal! We ate in the bar one night because i have my dog with me and the area seemed dated and unloved. The food was nice if served ...
