„Our family just got back from this rental. It was such a great location for access to the Frio and the surrounding areas. The walk to a shady river spot really is only a couple of minutes. The house had plenty of camping chairs available for use, and was stocked for cooking with sugar, spices, and all the utensils of a typical family kitchen. The a/c blows good and cold; while the grill outside is ready to go for burgers or anything else you want to grill. We would definitely return!“

„We loved the cabin. Plenty of shade and trees to hang a swing and hammock from. Had so many activity items like corn hole, big jenga blocks, uno cards, and dominoes (to name a few). The littles and adults loved the games. There were plenty of seating options inside and out. The beds were very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. It was absolutely peaceful and relaxing. „Overall, the location is nice, the river is low here and a very steep climb to get down too, but also very private area for relaxing. My only complaint is this is listed as a 3 bedroom and it is not. There are only 2 bedrooms, which made it difficult when you have 2 teens and an 11 yr old. There is a futon in the living area. However if we would have known only a 2 bedroom we would not have booked. Other than that, everything else was accurate and nice. Thank you!“

„My wife and I (and our two dogs) truly loved our stay here. The house was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. My dogs absolutely loved running around the yard while we sat on the front porch listening to the hummingbirds buzz around. We also both agreed that the pictures don't do the location justice, it is a beautiful property in a beautiful part of Texas. We hope to make it back here again in the future. “

„So the house is beautifully furnished, the decor is very nice. My family said it's a nice 70s style house with a touch of modern, and the appliances work very well. There are no laundry appliances. River access in the back yard, is good, over grown with lily pads. But still very nice and great vacation spot.“

„We stayed with our family for a last minute get away before starting school again. The house was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Our only surprise was our scorpion friends inside the house the first night. After relocating them outside, we didn’t see them again. We loved seeing the stars at night and happened to be there for a meteor shower. The home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed! “

„This property was absolutely amazing. The back porch view was outstanding giving us the appreciation to enjoy the scenario. The stars popped at night, we saw critters, and the property’s river access allowed my kids to fish and even swim some. „We had an awesome stay. Was really easy to get settled in and start having our weekend getaway. Owner was really easy to get ahold of. Pool was amazing with the pavilion right next to it and river right on the other side of the pavilion, it is a perfect setup.
