Das Team, insbesondere Karen, hat keine Mühe gescheut, uns "late arrival (nach 6.00 p.m)" zu ermöglichen und war auch sonst äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Gästehaus liegt sehr ruhig und die Ausstattung entsprach unseren Erwartungen für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt, um diese historisch bedeutsame Stadt entdecken zu können. “

„Difficult to find and very problematic checking in. Digital check in never opened for me. The only way I was able to get into my room was that I was let in by a management person. I didn’t leave for dinner because I was afraid I’d be locked out. „Hatten bei Ankunft leider eine Toilette auf dem Zimmer, die nicht funktionierte ( alte englische Pracht 😊). Zimmer wurde sofort umgebucht. Kleiner Umzug war nötig. Kein Problem!“

„War sehr überrascht zu diesem Preis ein so gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Lincoln zu finden. Für englische Verhältnisse sehr großes Zimmer. Absolut sauber. Top Ausstattung mit TV, großzügiger Sanitärbereich, Wasserkocher, Kaffee, verschiedene Teesorten u. paar Süssigkeiten gratis. Im Erdgeschoß Kühlschrank mit gratis Wasserflaschen. Sehr freundliches Personal, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Immer ansprechbar. Eigener Hausschlüssel für Eingangstür. Für meine Bedürfnisse das perfekte Hotel.“
