Cancellation policy
- We offer free cancellation or a 100% refund of the amount payable if you cancel 30 days before the check-in date. If canceling, we will charge a processing fee (to cover credit card processing and administrative fees).

Other House Rules:
1. If any issues arise during your stay, it’s essential to communicate with us promptly. Good communication between the guest and host is critical to ensuring a smooth and successful stay. You should respond to us (the hosts) within 24 hours when we reach out to resolve an issue. In certain situations, we may need to send our case manager to review the situation in person to fully address any concerns.
Maintenance aside from emergencies will only be able to be tended to during business hours, 8am-5pm.
2. It is a "must" to read the entire listing description and the house rules of our property. If, in this case, you DO NOT read over our listing description or house rules and are not comfortable with something that is clearly stated, we will uphold our cancellation policies.
3. No unregistered guests/visitors unless preapproved. Maximum of 16 guests only.
4. Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM and always be respectful of the neighbors.
5. No parties or events unless previously organized in writing with the host. If there's evidence of a party or event, there’ll be an additional charge of $200.
7. For noise complaints:
8.1 If we receive any noise complaints from neighbors, a security guard will be called out to the property at a cost of $85 to guests for the first call out.
8.2. If security is called a second time during your stay, you will be charged a $250 fee and be removed from the premises with no refund of your stay.
9. Please be mindful of neighboring personal property, such as swing sets. Do not let children play on or use this without prior written permission.
10. No smoking anywhere in this house. If we find evidence of smoking anywhere in the house, you will be charged $250 for extra cleaning.
Follow all check-out procedures:
1. Take out all trash
2. Wash dishes, and please put them on a drying rack before leaving or start the dishwasher.
Note:
* A $200 extra cleaning fee may be charged if the home is left unreasonably dirty and requires more work than usual to clean (for example, mud on the couches). All damages will also be charged to the guest.
* Check-out time is scheduled for 10:00 am on the day of departure unless previously agreed with the host. If the guest is more than 90 minutes late checking out, the guest will be charged $100.
* Any costs incurred by the host as a result of a late check-out will be passed on to you.
