• A laundry room with a door cleverly concealed in the kitchen, allowing for discreet access. It is equipped with a washing machine and ironing equipment.

1st floor:
• A green suite furnished with a king-size bed (180 x 200), lamps and nightstands, a chair, and a TV. Adjacent to the bedroom, the bathroom features a shower, a bathtub, and a double sink.
• A bright and comfortable yellow bedroom, equipped with a king-size bed (180 x 200), bedside lamps and tables, and a closet.

• A shared bathroom for the other two bedrooms features a double shower and a double sink.

A 5 x 3 m private pool invites you to enjoy moments of relaxation all year round. Heated from March 1 through September 30, it is equipped with a cover and a safety alarm. For even more comfort, an outdoor shower is accessible directly from the patio, right next to the pool.

You can park three vehicles in the courtyard, which is accessible through the exterior gate.
