„We enjoyed a great stay at the Pineta. The plot of the owner is very well situated within the Pineta, quiet and only a few minutes away from the beautiful beach. The house, built in the "Bauhaus Stil", in the sixties, has its age, though light, airy and spacious. Fully equipped. A gem for aficionados of this style. Alberto is very supportive and very well reachable as well.“

„The villa and the views are stunning. Every room was beautifully decorated and had a full bathroom and temperature controls and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is great for cooking large family meals and we loved eating on the terraces with gorgeous views of the sea - on both sides! „We - a family with 2 grown up sons - stayed in the house for almost a week. We mainly did sightseeing in Tuscany, a boat trip to Elba and spent a day at the nearby beach. The house is well equipped with 4 comfortable bedrooms, all air-conditioned (cave: they charge extra for additional electricity costs), a good sized kitchen and 3 bathrooms. The outdoor pool is spacious but is not heated. In early September it already was a little on the cooler side. The location is close to a private beach ...

„It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. Vasile was also very nice and helpful.“

„Die Küche war dreckig, die Töpfe haben geklebt. Der Kühlschlank war ebenfalls dreckig und zum Teil kaputt. Wir hatten kein heißes Wasser. Im Grill was noch die alte Asche vom Vorgänger. Der Vermieter war zwar sehr verständnisvoll, wollte die Wohnung auch gleich putzen lassen, was allerdings den ganzen Tag gebraucht hätte. Wir sind dann vorzeitig abgereist. Der Vermieter hat uns leider nur einen kleinen Teil erstattet plus Endreinigung verlangt!! Zudem hat er auch zu viel Kurtaxe berechnet. ...
