„I have stayed at this hotel previously on five occasions. It is convenient to the ski slopes and in the centre of Flaine. The ski boot room is heated and secure. Last few weeks in the season are AI. Top two floors are exclusive to Crystal, the other half of the hotel is split between French or other European groups. The entertainment is French orientated which some UK visitors really enjoyed. „We had a lovely stay in the 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor of the residence. We picked a Mountain View and it was a stunning view over the mountains! The sofa bed in the apartment was very large and comfortable and so were the beds. Very bijou kitchen but was fine if not cooking much. Could have benefited from an oven. Had a Spar supermarket below but limited choice and quite expensive. Could have helped if the residence had its own bar and restaurant. Not sure it felt like a five star ...

„Poor reception in the property. We arrived at about 10 pm. No reception open. Eventually found an envelope taped to the wall with our room key in it and confusing instructions as to how to find room. On the day we left a couple had been waiting 8 hours to check in. Staff in general vsried fro rude to intolerant. The exception being the delightful ladies providing breakfast. The barman avoided any work at all and showed his real displeasure if you asked anything of him.. On the plus side great ...
