„Zimmer an sich ok, Betten gut, 1 Schrank mit Brett zugeschraubt, Bad reiner Betonboden, Wasserschaden im Bad, Schwimmingpool außer Betrieb, Aufzug auch außer Betrieb, Wasserkocher und Herd verrichten Dienst seehr seehr langsam. Fussboden war bei Ankuft nicht gereinigt / gesaugt und wurde es die Woche über auch nicht. Einmal wurde tagsüber Heizung im Zimmer und Bad abgedreht - beim Skiurlaub nicht nett“

Eventually found an envelope taped to the wall with our room key in it and confusing instructions as to how to find room. On the day we left a couple had been waiting 8 hours to check in. Staff in general vsried fro rude to intolerant. The exception being the delightful ladies providing breakfast. „I have stayed at this hotel previously on five occasions. It is convenient to the ski slopes and in the centre of Flaine. The ski boot room is heated and secure. Last few weeks in the season are AI. Top two floors are exclusive to Crystal, the other half of the hotel is split between French or other European groups. The entertainment is French orientated which some UK visitors really enjoyed.
