Martinique is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or power outages may exceptionally occur for reasons beyond our control and unrelated to the accommodation.

The tropical climate can also mean the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These characteristics are part of the island’s natural environment and should be taken into consideration when booking.

Sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and its arrival along the coastlines of Caribbean islands is random and unpredictable. There may be no sargassum at the time of booking, while the coastline may be affected during your stay, or vice versa. Its presence may temporarily affect access to the beach, make swimming less enjoyable, and cause characteristic odors, particularly when large quantities of seaweed accumulate along the shore. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting or controlling this phenomenon. We therefore encourage guests to keep this possibility in mind, particularly when choosing accommodation located close to the coastline or directly on the seafront, as the property may occasionally be affected by the presence of sargassum.
Once you leave the airport, take the N5 towards RIVIERE SALÉE during 10 kilometres. Then, follow the D7 towards LE DIAMANT. Once you arrive in the town, follow the direction of DIZAC and the ARMAND RIBIER STADIUM.

When you will see the covered market on your left and the real estate agency SO-IMMOBILIER on your right, turn on your right on the Turquoises street. Carry on during 1 kilometer on this road. After 1 kilometer, turn on your left on the Topaze street : the villa is located on your right at the number 39.
