BEFORE booking:
- Please note that this apartment is for 4 persons max (2 double beds) plus a baby (baby cot, changing bed, high chair and baby bath provided)
- A reservation for one or two will only give you access to one bedroom. You need to book for 3 (even if you are only 2) if you want access to both bedrooms/bathrooms for 2 persons.
- One pet per family (dog only) Contact us if you are coming with a pet for specific rules. NO instant Booking.
- Ask for our specific rules for long term stay (mandatory mid stay extra cleaning fees etc).
- The number of guests cannot be increased after booking without the owner’s previous agreement. Also, no entertaining guests from outside your party. Booked guests only

DURING your stay:
- Always close all windows, lock the entrance door and turn off AC units each time you leave for the day. The AC units are intended for the bedrooms only. They refresh the area quickly once you are ready for bed (alternatively, we have celling fans and mosquitoes screens at the windows).
- Make sure that windows and doors are always closed when the AC is on.
- The shower drains will not work properly if sand is inside. For that reason, we will leave a brush at the entrance so you can brush the sand off your feet in the parking lot before getting in the appartement.
- No noise after 9pm
- NO SMOKING in the apartment (including at the windows)
- Our condo is also located across from la Place des Fêtes witch means that there are sometimes town entertainment, events etc.

Arrival: self-check-in (key box)
Departure: check out procedure includes a walkthrough and restitution of the keys in person

On DEPARTURE day:
- Please empty all trash bins in the container outside prior to your departure (recycling policy in place).
- Wash used dishes
- Gather dirty linens and towels and put on top of washing machine
