We are offering this charming house for rent in the town of Le Boulou, featuring mountain views and a private swimming pool. It has a floor area of 130 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, two shower rooms (with showers) and a garden of approximately 2,300 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The house is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds
- Shower room with shower and toilet

First floor:
- A 50 m² living area with sofas, coffee table, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140×190), bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 2: two single beds, TV
- A separate toilet

Outside:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) fitted with an alarm, dimensions: 10 m × 5 m. Open from 1 June to 30 September.
- A beautiful, unfenced garden of 2,300 m²
- 3 terraces, one of which is covered. Tables and chairs to enjoy the sunny days

In addition to the property’s private swimming pool, the accommodation provides access to another large swimming pool and a tennis court in the centre of the estate.

The house is ideally situated in Le Boulou, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) and the property’s private car park (2 vehicles).

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Perpignan railway station is about 30 minutes’ drive away
- Perpignan Airport is about 30 minutes’ drive away

Other notes:
- Parties are not permitted. We ask that you respect the property and the peaceful surroundings of this house.
- Swimming pool open from 1 June to 30 September. Opening dates are not binding and are subject to change. Subject to favourable weather conditions.
- Free access to the Centre des Chartreuses, which has a swimming pool and a tennis court.
- The fireplace is not in working order
- A cot and a high chair are provided free of charge
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pets are not permitted in the accommodation
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave it in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A fixed-rate surcharge may be applied.
- Charging electric or hybrid vehicles is strictly prohibited (neither via domestic sockets nor any other facilities in the accommodation). In the event of non-compliance, a fixed compensation charge based on the increase in electricity consumption will be applied.
