Additional Info:
• This apartment is below our family residence. We enjoy life and may be loud at times. We love hearing laughter from downstairs as well. Are quiet times - 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. There will be noise Monday through Friday between 6:00 and 7:00 a.m. but it should quiet down after that.Additionally, we have two small dogs and two cats that are friendly and may stop by to say hello on the patio.
