UPDATE—-Please be aware that this year (2026) the lake levels are way below normal due to drought conditions throughout the southeast. Currently our boat dock is I useable. There are several boat ramps (one ramp down the street) close by if you bring a boat for day use.
Enjoy your stay in our 3 bedroom /2 bath home located on beautiful Lake Hartwell only 30 minutes from Clemson University66 and 40 minutes to the University of Georgia. One hour from Greenville, SC , 30mins to Commerce and an 1.5 hours from Atlanta. Open floor plan sleeps 6, with wireless internet, 3 smart, new tv's one on the porch to watch those games as you grill! 2 tv's are 55" and 1 is 43". Stream Netflix, U-Tube TV, Prime and Samsung Plus.
Washer/dryer, beach towels and linens provided. The large deck overlooking the lake is furnished with rockers, comfy swivel chairs and a dining table that add a special touch to Lake Life Living. The cabin is only 10 minutes off Interstate I-85 and 8 minutes from beautiful , historic, downtown Lavonia, Ga.
Enjoy the use of 2 Kayaks and a canoe. Floats and fishing poles, and life jackets are also provided. The cabin is private yet close to restaurants and shopping. A wonderful, well furnished home for a romantic trip for two, or a fun filled family vacation. A boat ramp to launch your boat is located just down the street from the cabin. Tugaloo State Park is just off Gumlog road offering hiking trails, miniature golf, tennis, and a sand beach. Harbor Lights Marina offer pontoon boat rentals as well as the Tilly's Tiki bar & restaurant. (limited open times). There is so much to do and see within a short distance of the cabin or if you prefer to stay at home in front of the fire and read a good book. There is plenty of room to park your boat trailer or RV on the property.

Water level is lowered in the Fall to allow owners to work on their docks and other projects. Please check with us on the water level in the Fall and Winter if you are concerned and plan to use the dock . There is a boat ramp just down the road from us where you can put your boat in.
