Enjoy a spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full bath renovated 1903 craftsman cottage Just steps away from the bustling downtown area, you’ll be nestled in the perfect spot to see all Laurel has to offer!

Our furnished cottage is real southern charm! The space is perfect for larger groups such as family vacations or girls trips. With 3 outdoor living areas, 2 indoor living spaces, a formal dining room, a large kitchen, and 3 bedrooms, there’s plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy your stay! We do specialize in family gatherings, girls trips and several couples vacationing together.

Our guests favorite spot is the large screened in front porch where you can enjoy late night chats, eating breakfast, or even playing board games on rainy days. The backyard is just as perfect — equipped with a deck for enjoying morning coffee and a large yard with seating to enjoy the blooming flowers and a playset for the littles. We even have a flower garden filled with beautiful blooms .

Inside feels like home, simple as that. You’ll feel like you’re staying with a family friend and not vacationing at a hotel. There are 2 Living spaces perfect for kicking up your feet after a day of walking the historic district or catching up on episodes of Home Town. With a large dining room and fully furnished kitchen, you’re even set to cook up a meal or have fun doing one of our Tea Party or Rub A Dub Dub (DIY Bath Bomb) classes or learning how to make a charcuterie board from start to finish another fun class. Please inquire for specific information on experiences. . They are amazing. Enjoy .our coffee and tea bar and other amenitie such as access to large refrigerator and other appliances.

The property also includes 2 tiny houses in the backyard for our use (We live in one of the tiny houses but please let us know if you need the extra space of the second tiny house during your stay!), so we are nearby to help with anything you may need during your stay. There is separate entrance and parking — privacy is no concern ! Happy Blue is yours during your stay and we want to make sure it feels like home for you! Feel free to park in the driveway or on the street in front of the property.
