Occasionally she would offer us a cup of coffee or cappuccino in the morning and was always responsive to our requests. She was kind enough to let me borrow a wine glass. Very comfortable bed and wonderful room with a small balcony. Would highly recommend especially if you don't mind a shared bathroom with the other guest unit. Would definitely stay again.“

"Ein wirklich wunderschönes und besonderes Hotel in Florenz! Das Hotel befindet sich in einem ehemaligen Kloster, was ihm eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre und sehr viel Charme verleiht. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, ruhig und man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die drei Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Sie gehören definitiv zu den herzlichsten und freundlichsten Menschen, die ich je in einem Hotel erlebt habe. Vom ersten Moment an waren sie unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hatte wirklich das Gefühl, als Gast willkommen zu sein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung!"

"The location is great, just across the main train station and within walking distance to the main touristic spots. The sound isolation is really bad. Our room was facing the street and we could hear the tram passing by from very early in the morning until late in the night, so if you are a light sleeper, you will have problems. The AC was great and we even felt cold despite the 35 degrees outside. The free breakfast is a plus but don't expect a top tier one. Is enough to have you started for the day. The staff at the reception were super nice and helpful. Good perk is you can store your luggage before check in and after check out for free."
