Situated just 18 minutes from the Strip and 10 minutes from McCarran Airport, you will be close to grocery stores, excellent restaurants, and shopping malls. Very close to the freeway.

- Family Room: Seating for 6 with a high-top table for dining or workspace and a smart TV. Couch is available to sleep 1 ppl

- Kitchen: A fully stocked kitchen with essential spices, oils, premium coffee, and appliances.

-Dining: The dining area comfortably seats 8, plus high top seating for 2 in the Family room.

- Master Suite: A luxurious, remodeled suite with a king-size bed, private full bathroom, and a large closet. Toddlers cot, Pack & Play available and air mattress available for extra sleeping. 4 ppl

- Guest Bedroom 1: Features a queen bed 2 ppl

-Guest Bedroom 2: Includes two twin beds and a convertible twin chairbed 3 ppl

- Outdoor Space: A lush, private backyard featuring a swimming pool, covered patio, BBQ gas grill, and outdoor furniture.

The home also includes a second full bathroom stocked with essentials and a laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Pets: There is a pet fee of $100 Max (2)

1. Pets may not be left at the property unattended.
2. Any damage to the interior or exterior will result in a damage fee.
3. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for any pet waste left outside or urine found inside.
4. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
5. Pet can not be in the pool.
6. No Cats or unauthorized pets (please contact the host to pay the pet fee)

Please note that the pet fee is separate from a cleaning fee. We ask that you remain respectful of these rules; any pet hair left on furniture or beds will result in an additional cleaning fee.

Parking:
No garage parking.

According to the Nevada State Department of Agriculture, due to this past winter’s rainy conditions, spring has brought about an unusually large number of moths, beetles, and grasshoppers. These harmless pesky little creatures may sneak their way into our homes and exterior areas. To reduce this inconvenience, please keep all vents, windows, and doors closed.
