Studio on Fremont is designed for couples, solo travelers, and business travelers looking for a clean, practical home base away from the busiest tourist areas.

THE SPACE

The Studio features a comfortable queen bed, private full bathroom with walk-in shower, Wi-Fi, Roku TV, ceiling fan, and heating and air conditioning from a wall-mounted mini-split.

The Roku TV includes a remote, and guests can sign in to their own streaming services during their stay.

KITCHEN

Prepare simple meals without having to eat out for every meal. The kitchen includes:

• 4-burner cooktop
• Refrigerator
• Microwave
• Keurig coffee maker
• Coffee pods and creamer
• Cookware and basic cooking utensils
• Dishes, cups, and silverware
• Paper towels and standard guest consumables

Please note that the Studio does not have an oven or toaster.

PRIVATE PATIO

Guests are welcome to relax in the Studio’s designated outdoor patio area—an additional space to unwind between exploring Las Vegas.

LAUNDRY

Guests have access to an exterior laundry room located on the right side of the house. A washer, dryer, detergent, and laundry products are provided for guest use.

SELF CHECK-IN

Enjoy convenient self check-in using the Studio’s Yale smart lock. Detailed arrival and entry instructions are provided before check-in.

PARKING

The driveway is shared among the three guest units on the property and is available first come, first served. Please do not block another vehicle or access area.

Free legal street parking is also available.

IMPORTANT PROPERTY INFORMATION

Studio on Fremont is one of three separate guest accommodations on the same property. Each unit has its own designated entrance and guest areas.

Guests may occasionally see other travelers in shared exterior areas such as the driveway. Your Studio interior and designated patio area are for your stay.

Studio guests have access to the Studio, designated patio, and exterior laundry room. Please do not enter the other guest units, backyard, locked cleaner storage areas, or areas marked Do Not Enter.

HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

The Studio uses a wall-mounted mini-split for heating and cooling. The controls are located directly on the unit rather than on a remote. Because the controls are high on the wall, a small step stool is conveniently stored behind the mirror.

LOCATION

The Studio makes a convenient home base for experiencing Las Vegas. Downtown Las Vegas, Fremont Street, Fremont East, the Arts District, restaurants, nightlife, museums, entertainment, and the Las Vegas Strip are accessible by car or rideshare.

Whether you’re visiting for a Vegas getaway, an event, a business trip, or simply need a comfortable place to recharge after exploring the city, Studio on Fremont provides the essentials for a convenient and relaxed stay.
