Penthouse-level balcony, 31st floor, Strip view

Wake up on the 31st floor with the Las Vegas Strip right outside your balcony door, and no resort fees on your bill. Most units at The Signature don`t have a balcony. Ours does, and it`s open year round.

King bed plus a sleeper sofa for 4 guests. Big bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Free valet parking. Kids are welcome! And it`s only a 10 minute walk to the Strip, all of it indoors and air conditioned.

The balcony is what makes this one different. Most units at The Signature don`t have one. Ours is on the 31st floor, penthouse level of tower 1, and it`s open all year. Coffee out there in the morning is hard to beat, and at night you get the whole Strip lit up in front of you.

Inside you have 1 king bed and 1 sleeper sofa, so 4 guests total. Both face the big flat screen TV. Kids are welcome!

There`s a desk with an amazing Strip view and two desk chairs, so if you need to get some work done you actually will. Plus a club chair to sit in at the end of the day.

The bathroom is a big one and it`s the part our guests talk about most:

- Two sinks, so nobody is waiting
- Separate shower
- Large jacuzzi tub with a TV you can watch from the tub
- And yes, there`s a phone next to the toilet for all your important calls :)
- Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the big refillable bottles, plus single use soap. Bring your own if you`re picky about products, we don`t mind!

For food and drinks you have a dry bar with a fridge, microwave, toaster, sink and coffee maker. We keep the coffee station stocked with regular and decaf, tea, sugar, sweetener and creamer. Ice machine is right down the hall by the elevators and there`s a bucket in the room. One thing to know: we don`t allow the stovetop to be used, but everything else is yours.

For settling in there`s a two door closet with plenty of hangers, two drawers, an iron and ironing board, and a safe you program yourself that`s big enough for a laptop. Free wifi in the room and all around the resort, including out at the pools.

One last thing. This is our home away from home, not a hotel room. We own it, we look after it, and we have our own cleaners rather than Signature housekeeping. The $90 cleaning fee is already inside the price you see when you book and covers one clean at checkout. If you`re staying a while and want another one, just message us and we`ll set it up.
