This amazing condo is very clean and very spacious. Conveniently located just 1.1 miles from the strip (Approximately 2-6 minutes drive/ 15-22 minutes walk/ 8 minutes on the bus) which is a great distance to keep you near everything and enough far away from all the noise and traffic. Within 4-8 minutes walk from Palms, Rio and Gold Coast hotels and casinos which offers shuttles, a great variety of restaurants, shops and shows.

The unit is very clean and fully equipped. Everything is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every stay.

Unit is located in the second floor with a balcony and has access to 2 pools (Secondary pool currently under renovation but main pool remains open) and a hot tub (hot tub is currently closed due to Covid-19 precautions) which are just steps away from the condo.

This condo is a guard gated community, that offers free parking just a few steps from the condo and 24 hours security which will make you feel safe at all times.
