I don't typically write reviews, but didn't want anyone else to be tricked into renting this location. Beware! This was the worst experience possible. We rented this property to enjoy my aunt's 68th birthday. The amenities were major selling points: beautiful pool with rock slide, movie theatre room and large enough to hold my family coming from various states. The home looks beautiful. Let me start by saying the host experience was terrible. Communication started off great. I received messages via the app and email when payments were due. Payments were made on time. I received confirmation they were made. I inquired about heating the pool and was told they would submit the request. I was never informed how to pay for heating the pool. I messaged the day before arriving to get details about the location and access and did not get a reply. I messaged while in the air that we were landing at 7pm and needed to know how to access the property and received a message back with an access code to the front door and casetas.Upon arriving the location was pitch black. No lights on anywhere. Five women 60 and over trying to access a property with no lights. Unsafe! Front gate was locked and a notice attached to the gate from Cox stating final notice before disconnection. Cox is one of Las Vegas' cable and internet providers. There was also a realtors' lockbox on the gate. Fortunately, someone had the mindset to reach their hand inside the iron gate to unlock it from the other side

Great place for a large grp (like 20 ppl) and most bathrooms and beds were decent. But really poor amenities. Bad instructions for wifi (meaning it was working but the info they provided at checkin was bad), hardly any coffee cups and water glasses. No wine glasses.Dishwasher was broken was leaking when we tried to use it.Heating wasnt uniform in all roomsSome bathrooms had weak showers Host was not responsive to multiple messages.

This place was brutal. The communication was terrible, the house had small space heaters in every room, the stove didnt work at all, most screens were popped out lying everywhere and the entire house was hooked up to a bbq propane tank to run the entire house. The beds were very cheap and uncomfortable and the shower in our bathroom squeeled really loud. This house is NOT worth the money at all

Very beautiful Home. We enjoyed our stay here, but had some issues regarding communication with the host and agency. We expressed our concern regarding the stove not working. They told us that someone would be out no one ever showed up, during our four nights stay. We weren’t unable to use the kitchen as needed. The house in general due to size had heating issues, both with HVAC and water, the owner does have small space heaters in every single room. It took forever for the water to actually heat up throughout the entire house. Additionally, the yard wasn’t maintained, so getting to the Casitas at night wasn’t as luxurious as the photos make it appear. Space wise, amazing layout. All of my guests were comfortable and everyone enjoyed this stay minus these hiccups.

Here it is the good the bad and the whatever. Good: If you are renting this house for the space and rooms, it is amazing. 2 casitas allowed for 2 of the couples in our group to have their own space.6 rooms in the house gave each person their own room. The beds everyone agrees where great.The master bathroom, amazing! The shower huge, loved the rainshower and the steam. You got to give it 10 min to heat so be prepared. Majority of the house, bdr and btr very clean.Location is in a quieter neighborhood, felt very safe.15 min from the strip and the airport.Close to restaurants, fast-food, grocery & costco. Lots of pots, pans & utensils, limited glassware & towels. Nice TV's and streaming options. Bad: No heat in the main house and in dec/jan it is cold. The host does have space heaters which kept bedrooms warm but are noisy.Hint:master br use the white accordion looking heater and leave it running.It will warm the whole room.Plug it in in the btr as the master br breaker will flip with either heater.Kitchen: the stove looks like it is amazing but no, the burners turned on once then never again, the stove heats uneven hint: cook on the right side.There is a convection oven/microwave and a single electric burner and an instapot that saved our dinner. Sm oven we avoided as it started smoking.Oven hood sounds ruff but worked. Brm shwrs low flow. Towels need an update. Whatever: Host did not reply to vrbo messaging and I had to get number from vrbo.No heat to spa.Wifi info update.

At 3:15 pm the day of our checkin. They cancelled our reservation. We had 7 people coming. They offered us a smaller house. That was filthy. The cleaning people came the next day. The next day the gas was not working for the heater or the stove. One of the reason we wanted a house was so that we could cook. Unfortunately, we only had a small crockpot and the electric stove. We tried to contact the host several times and he was unresponsive. I really think that this host should be removed from VRBO.

The dishwasher and outdoor grill didn't work. Also the outlet for the modem didn't work either. No kitchen towels because the dishwasher didn't work. Not enough bath towels for each of the bathrooms. Needs updates for house of this magnitude. Oven needs repairs or update. No hot water in the kitchen sink.

Wow what can I say. This place was spotless, perfect for our huge family, and really central to get around everywhere. We loved the space everyone could have with the separate casitas but being able to meet in the middle by the pool was a DREAM :) We were able to cook and bbq every night and the kids would romp around outside in the fully fenced yard (was great for us to feel safe that no one would wander off - good for the dog too!) We loved how beautiful this house was too - the way it’s designed is sooooo pretty and now I want a spiral staircase and secret bookshelf with a room haha. Hosts were incredible. Succinct and thorough. Cleaning was immaculate. I probably could have licked the floors. And laundry in the house was excellent bonus - with the extra laundry unit in the casita! Loved everything honestly we wil totally be back

This villa was perfect for our group trip to Las Vegas. The home is huge and beautifully maintained, with more than enough space for everyone to spread out comfortably. The two casitas made it easy for multiple families to stay together while still having privacy. The backyard felt like our own private resort — the pool with the waterslide and grotto hot tub was a favorite for the kids and adult kids, and we enjoyed grilling in the outdoor BBQ area. Indoors, the game room and gym were great extras so there was always something to do. Every bedroom was spacious and clean, making our stay relaxing and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better property for a family getaway!

We come to Las Vegas often for family, and we bring everyone from babies to great-grandparents. This home was absolutely stunning and perfect for everyone to be comfortable! First of all, it’s MASSIVE. Can’t say enough about how large it is inside and out. Two casitas, a game room where the kids watched movies and played, and lots of pool time (especially the water slide!) seriously a blast. Everyone was comfortable in their respective rooms and the most popular room was the secret bookcase room! It was hidden behind a bookshelf with a secret entrance. Everyone loved the balconies watching the kids splash in the pool while some of us did barbecue in the grill area. Grass was surrounding the home and really great for the kids to play. I also loved the beautiful touches like the spiral stairs. It’s honestly such an amazing home and we can’t wait to come back!
