Relax and unwind in this warm and inviting home! The rooms are spacious and boasts a full size pool table, foosball table, and 2 brand new Samsung smart TVs. It has been newly remodeled with all new paint and wood-like floors. The backyard is massive with pool/spa, comfortable lounge chairs, large dining table and BBQ. There are also 2 desks if you need to work/school from home. This is the perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends!



The Space:

Guests have access to this entire home which spans 2200 square feet and is 2 stories with a bedroom downstairs. It includes a private pool/spa, garage and laundry room. This is a completely private home there is no one else that will be on property during your stay.



Laundry room with full size washer/dryer and iron/ironing board is provided. Full kitchen includes dishes, wine glasses, pots/pans, Keurig Coffee Machine, toaster and much more! Hair Dryers are also available in each bathroom.



Please inquire about spa heat pricing. Price is dependent upon your length of stay. Pool heating is also available for $150 for the first day and $50 for each consecutive day (need advance notice - it takes 24 hours to get up to temp and you don’t need to heat all days of your stay).

The Neighborhood:

This home is in a central location with a safe and quite neighborhood! It’s only 5 min to the airport and 12 min to the strip! If you need something to eat and don’t want to get in your car there’s an Applebee’s that’s only a 7 min walk! However, in just a 5 min drive you can have an abundance of grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations etc!



Getting Around:

Uber and Lyft are readily available in Las Vegas. You are also welcome to bring your car or drive a rental car. Garage and Driveway parking are available. No parking is allowed in front of neighbor’s homes. Public transportation such as buses are also available in Las Vegas.



Other Things to Note:

The bath towels provided can also be used for pool towels. However, if you want separate pool towels we recommend you bringing your own.
