„Balsa Surf Camp is like staying with family! It has a wonderful atmosphere, and the location is nice and quiet within a very easy walk to town. For a surfing adventure, everything is at your fingertips and the team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the daily yoga, thank you to the wonderful instructor Darcy Lynch. I will visit Montanita again, and I wouldn't think of staying anywhere other than Balsa. “

We felt safe and supported by staff with finding restaurants, taxis and information we needed for enjoying the area. The hotel was very pretty with lovely palms of every kind all around. „La Hosteria tiene una vista preciosa al mar y está en la cima de una pequeña montaña. Muy cerca de Puerto López.muy buen servicio personalizado, muy buena comida mañanita, el estado de la habitación es bueno. Mi única recomendación es que sustituyan las cobijas por plumones.“

„Vernünftiges Mittelklassehotel, das unmittelbar an den Strand angrenzt. Soweit ganz ok. Service und Ausstattung aus unserer Sicht jedoch nicht dem Preis entsprechend. Die Rezeption war lustlos, es gab keine kostenfreien Aufenthaltsplätze in Strandnähe und das Frühstück war auch eingeschränkt. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt dennoch in Ordnung. Positiv: der Service im Restaurant war sehr nett und bemüht. “
