Located in Las Terrenas, this marvelous villa is a dream. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will find comfort and relaxation. The property also features 3 bathrooms with showers, ensuring convenience for all.

Nice 3 bedroom Caribbean style villa at 2 minutes walk from Playa Coson beach.

Outdoor life is important. For that: a large covered terrace for outdoor dining and lounge corner. Of course sundeck, pool, bbq and outdoor shower.

Electricity from villa NOT included. To be paid by use. Average of 8 USD a night but depends on use.

Daily maid. Prepares breakfast and cleans. She can prepare dinner at 3000 pesos (around 50 USD) each dinner. Groceries NOT included.

All have bedrooms have AC and have a private bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms and in the salon are 2 sofas where kids for example can sleep. This is NOT a bedroom. These are simple sofas where one can sleep. There is NO ac in the living.

Equipped kitchen, flatscreen for Netflix or other online streaming accounts.

Laundry room only to be used by staff. Laundry of the villa will be washed here. Not for proper use. There is a laundry service in town if you want that laundry gets washed.

The maximum allowed is 6 guests. Children are ALSO guests. Babies till 1 year do not count.

Music: not allowed to bring extra speakers. Daytime low music level. After 11pm NO MUSIC ALLOWED. Parties NOT allowed.

Parking on the street NOT allowed. Only on the property. There is space for 4 cars.

NO guests other than the ones on your reservation are allowed.

Maid is coming in every morning to clean and assist starting around 8am. You can change these times with her.
