„We had a very enjoyable stay at Playa Caracol. The unit was in excellent condition and well stocked with essentials. We suffered a number of service interruptions because of loss of electricity and internet. But these were suffered by all people at the resort. On the 3 previous stays our apartment choices were the ones who had alliances with the golf course so the amount of payment to play there for a month was 300. "Wir hatten All Inclusiv Plus gebucht und haben uns in unserem Zimmer und in der Hotelanlage sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der Plus Service enthält separate Poolbereiche, separate Bereiche am Strand und einen "only Adult" Pool mit Poolbar und guter Auswahl an Cocktails.
Neben 2 großen Büffetrestaurants (mit identischem Essen) gibt es 7 verschiedene A la Carte Restaurants (Panamesisch, mexikanisch, italienisch, mediterran, asiatisch, Steakhaus und El Canal ein Fischrestaurant) in denen man reservieren kann. Man wählt unter verschiedenen Hauptgerichten diese werden am Tisch serviert.
Auch hier ist Wein, Bier, Wasser, Softdrinks etc. im Preis inkludiert.
Die Minibar wird täglich neu mit Wasser, Bier und Softdrinks befüllt.
Die Zimmer des Plus Services liegen im hinteren Bereich der Anlage und sind deshalb ruhig da weit genug von der Animation entfernt.
Die Gäste sind überwiegend aus Mittel- und Südamerika und Kanada, etwas spanisch Kenntnisse helfen bei der Kommunikation mit dem Personal, man gibt sich aber auch Mühe Englisch zu verstehen.
Das Hotel ist 4 Sterne Landeskategorie, insofern passte für uns das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis in jedem Fall.
