- Kitchen: Open concept to the living room and highlighted by its blue cabinets, it is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, and microwave. It also includes a toaster, kettle, juice squeezer, and all necessary cooking utensils.
- Private Bathroom: Features a shower with a glass screen, a sink, and a washing machine installed in the same space for your convenience.
- Private Balcony: Accessible from the living room, it offers a table and two folding wooden chairs, perfect for enjoying the fresh air.
- Solarium Zone: On the building's rooftop, there is a shared open-air terrace with several sun loungers available for sunbathing.

You will have access to the entire home! Check-in is from 15:00 onwards. The communal areas include a shared lift and a communal solarium on the roof.

- Mesa y López Shopping District: Surrounded by a great selection of boutiques, shops, and outstanding restaurants.

The location is excellent for exploring the island via public transport (Guaguas Municipales). The closest bus stops are:

- Alfredo L. Jones, 1 (3 min walk): Connects with lines such as 1 and 12.
- Parque Santa Catalina & Eduardo Benot (4-5 min walk): A major transport hub connecting you to the historic center (Vegueta/Triana), the auditorium, and Global buses that go to the south and other parts of the island.

- Legal Registration: Mandatory for guests over 14 years old (Order INT/321/2021). Access will be denied if online registration is not completed.
- Quiet Hours & Noise: Please respect the quiet hours from 22:00 to 10:00. The apartment is equipped with a noise sensor. If noise exceeds 75 dB or if the device is tampered with, the reservation will be immediately canceled without a refund.
- No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside the apartment and in the building's common areas.
- Cleaning: Dishes must be left clean, and garbage must be taken out of the building upon departure.
- Pets: No pets of any kind are allowed.
- Visitors: Access is strictly prohibited for anyone not included in the reservation.
