„Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight.“

„Other than the check-in process, the stay was good. Apartment was clean and adequate, swimming pool on the premises was really nice. Walking distance to nice areas. Check in was problematic as no information was given regarding the apartment number prior to arrival. Had to wait and sort through erroneous instructions.“

„If you want to explore Casco Viejo, the location does not get any better than this. The balcony faces Cathedral Plaza and is a quick walk to many galleries, restaurants and clubs. The apartment I was in had lots of charm and a great use of space. The check in and check out process was super easy. Also, the Wynwood team is always available on WhatsApp if there are any issues or if you need anything. “

„The unit was not very clean and in need of major repairs and maintenance. The floors needed to be mopped and you can tell that the property isn’t thoroughly cleaned in between guest based on the scum stains in the shower. The property outside the unit is well kept. I brought issues to the attention of management who agreed it couldn’t be fixed until I checked out. After a few days of inconvenience I was moved to a smaller unit in a different property. Much better.“

„What an amazing place, you feel like you are in a forest bungalow but close to the city if you need anything. The place is a lot larger than I thought and has everything you could need. Hearing the sounds of birds and seeing wildlife make this place magical. The host is very responsive and kind. We highly recommend this rental and will be back soon to stay longer. “

„We were placed outside of the city center in a different appartment, without our agreement. No person abailable to talk to in person. We were asked to communicate via e-mail outside of expedia after booking as well as at arrival. Also disappointed about Expedia who were no help at all. Before arrival and at arrival. Provider should be removed in our opinion. One bed smelled like piss. On request matras was replaced by a located through one.“
