Prestige Villa Zaffira with Sea View

The design of the house is modern, fresh, with integrated spaces and air conditioning and a large garden. It is ideal for a family of 4 adults and 1 child. The large terrace has 4 armchairs with coffee table, a hammock and a large table for dining with sea and pool views. Entering the villa we have a bedroom with a King double bed connected to a single bed overlooking the pool and on the left a fully equipped kitchen and includes a refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker and blender. An atrium connects a large bright modern bathroom with large glass shower, hairdryer to a bedroom overlooking the back of the house and which has a Queen double bed and a French window overlooking the external garden terrace. In total the house can accommodate a maximum of five people with two independent entrances. There are mosquito nets on all windows, which allow you to enjoy the fresh air while limiting the entry of insects. Electricity is produced partially with photovoltaic panels, and with wind turbines due to the constant presence of wind being located on a hill 70 meters above sea level. All this to minimize the use of electricity by the private supply company which has a high cost, to constantly guarantee electricity and above all for the environmental impact which we care a lot about. We are then the only ones to guarantee the constant supply of purified water in the villas, extracting it from the subsoil and passing it through special filters. It is important to always have water available because in the Dominican Republic it often runs out for several days due to periods of drought. Those who decide to rent a villa for long or medium periods, cleaning services are paid separately based on customer requests and needs and our staff is not authorized to enter the house unless with an explicit request. Ours is an eco-village and we try to respect ecological parameters where we can. Air conditioning is not part of the ecological parameters and therefore, if desired, it is paid daily, and we hope with the use of common sense.

Late check-in policy
In order to ensure a pleasant and organised welcome at all times, we ask you to respect the stated check-in times. However, we understand that sometimes unforeseen events may occur, so we are willing to handle late arrivals, but with a small late check-in fee.

* Check-in between 22:00 and 00:00 : 20 $
* Check-in after 00:00 : 40 $

In case the delay is not justified by valid reasons such as: delayed flight, illness or accident, the penalty will have to be paid in cash upon arrival. We therefore ask you to provide us with certification or proof of the reason for the delay in order to avoid it.
Please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive after 10pm so that we can make arrangements.

💸 Method of payment: We inform our guests that payments within the residence must be made exclusively in cash or by bank transfer, as we do not accept credit cards. This includes food service and breakfast.

🍃 Natural environment: Although we carry out thorough daily cleaning, our guests may occasionally encounter insects typical of the area during their stay, especially during the summer season. We would like to reassure you that our aim is to offer you a pleasant and comfortable stay in a natural environment.

🚾 Use of toilet paper: to ensure the smooth running of the facilities, we ask you not to flush toilet paper down the toilet. Please use the bins provided.

The cleaning of the villa is by reservation and costs 10 dollars.
The change of towels has a cost of 5 dollars.
The change of sheets has a cost of 5 dollars.
Air conditioning is $10/day.
It is recommended to change sheets and towels every 3 or 4 days
