This house comprises on the ground floor, a vast communal area integrating the lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. A bedroom, a bathroom, separate WC and a utility room complete this level.

On the first floor, three comfortable bedrooms constitute a quality sleeping area and accommodate 6 to 8 people. This space also includes a bathroom and a separate WC.

Another bathroom located in the Pool House is accessible from May to September.

Outside, a large terrace with its heated semi-sunken swimming pool awaits you for moments of relaxation.

The house is surrounded by an enclosed garden. Access to the semi-sunken swimming pool is via the terrace.

It is possible to park several vehicles on the property.
