„Very good staff who are welcoming and go out of their way to do the little things, like help you get an Angolan SIM card or even just point you to the nearest supermarket. The rooms are well appointed and spacious - perfect for business - and the location is nice and central. Extra bonus is the free transfer from the 'old' airport (beware, Luanda now has two international airports). I was so impressed I'm staying there again.“

However, the service can be a bit slow at times, especially during busy periods, and the staff could benefit from being more prompt with orders.
