Gut: Ausstattung und Zustand der Unterkunft
Management and breakfast staff is a big problem. Supervisor allows breakfast lady to on the phone the entire breakfast time and the lady hardly restocks. We were staying three nights during Thanksgiving week. On Thanksgiving I knew restaurants would not be open in Laredo so I need to make sure my small children had a good breakfast. The breakfast lady was again on the phone and breakfast was out of different foods 45 minutes before breakfast was supposed to end. I told the lady she should restock considering the National guard was staying there and it was Thanksgiving and she started arguing with we. She shut the door to the kitchen and turned off lights to the breakfast area three minutes before it ended even when she saw two National Guards men were trying to find coffee. She was extremely rude. Worse is Supervisor didn’t said it was fine and she did nothing wrong.
Totally unacceptable, no customer service what so ever
