Summary:

We didn't think Lansing had enough hip, unique short term rental options, so we've set out to create some! Welcome to our latest addition to our Lansing Portfolio, Radiant Retreat!



The Space:

- 3 Bedrooms (2 King beds upstairs, 1 queen bed on the first floor)

- 2 Full Bathrooms

- 2 story home (2 bedrooms (King) upstairs, one bedroom (queen) downstairs)

- 75" Flat Screen Smart TV on first floor

- High Speed Internet

- Full Kitchen

- Washer/Dryer

- Firepit w/ bench seating

- Fully fenced in back yard (w/ privacy fence)



Guest Access:

Guest have access to the entire home. Garage access is available only upon request (we use this space, so we will need notice to clear it out for guest use)



The Neighborhood:

Working class Lansing area neighborhood.



Getting Around:

- Uber

- Lyft

- Local taxi and bus service available



Other Things to Note:

We have a very strict no smoking policy inside the home. If you need to smoke, please do so outside. We advertise a no smoking space to guests and want to be able to honor our word. A $200 fee will be charged to any guests that are found to be smoking on site.

*We supply enough toilet paper and paper towel for a short term stay. Guests are responsible for any extra toiletries after what has been provided*

We like to stay hands off, and let you enjoy yourself. But, if you need assistance we can always be reached through the Air BnB app.
