This thoughtfully planned 3-bedroom villa spread across two levels sits on a 3000 sq. ft. private property, offering the perfect balance of comfort, openness, and nature.

Bedrooms
The villa offers three well-appointed bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to provide comfort, privacy, and a peaceful night’s rest. All bedrooms come with attached bathrooms, comfortable bedding, fresh linens, and heating for cooler weather.

Bedroom 1 – Ground Floor (Independent Room)
This bedroom is separately built outside the main villa, with its own private entrance, offering extra privacy. It features a king-sized bed, an attached bathroom, TV, and heater, ideal for guests who prefer a more independent stay or quiet personal space.
Note: Kitchen and Living room are not attached to this unit

Bedroom 2 – Ground Floor (Inside Main Villa)
Located within the main house, this spacious bedroom includes a king-sized bed, attached bathroom, TV, and heater. An extra mattress can be arranged here, making it suitable for families or small groups.

Bedroom 3 – First Floor (Inside Main Villa)
Positioned on the first floor for added seclusion, this bedroom offers a king-sized bed, attached bathroom, air-conditioning, TV, and heater. An extra mattress is available on request, making it both comfortable and flexible for larger groups.

All bedrooms include fresh linens, extra blankets and pillows, wardrobes, work desks, bedside lamps, fans, windows for ventilation, and garbage bins.


Washrooms
Each bedroom has an attached bathroom with:

Living Area
As you step inside, you’re welcomed into a cozy yet spacious living room on the ground floor. Comfortable sofas invite you to unwind, read, or enjoy conversations late into the evening. A TV with cable connection is available for relaxed entertainment, and board games add to the homely charm. Wall-mounted fans keep the space comfortable, and heaters are available on request during colder months.

The dining space is designed for shared meals and long conversations. With seating for 5–6 guests, it’s perfect for enjoying home-cooked food, takeaways, or a simple cup of tea.

The fully functional kitchen is available for guest use and ideal for light self-cooking at no extra charge.
