Sleeping Accommodations (Up to 5 Guests)

• Loft accessed by fairly steep ladder/stairs: Queen bed + Planetarium projector

Additional Sleeping Setup (1 Guest Max | Contact Host Before Booking):
• 5-Guest Reservations: An additional guest fee of $50/night applies and is automatically added at checkout. This covers the extra turnover labor, specialized linens, double laundry processing, and additional utility usage.
• 1 to 4-Guest Reservations (Optional Couch Setup Request): If your group has 4 or fewer guests and requests the sofa bed setup (e.g., to avoid using the loft or to have separate beds), a flat $100 setup fee applies per stay. This covers the extra turnover prep, topper installation, specialized linens, and extra laundry processing. This must be requested and approved prior to booking and will be billed separately.
** Sleeping Arrangement & Comfort Details:: Twin sleeper sofa with weighted blanket provided. Please note this is a sofa-style sleeper (not a pull-out mattress), so while we`ve made it as comfortable as possible, it`s best suited for a child or young-teenager rather than an adult. Important: This is a portion of the couch made up as a bed, so part of the couch would serve as the sleeping space and the remaining portion would still be available for sitting.
Important Sofa Policy: To protect the upholstery and maintain listing hygiene, sleeping on the couch without our host-provided protector and official setup is strictly prohibited—no exceptions. (Please contact host before booking if you plan to use the sofa sleeper so we can discuss whether this layout works for your group).
