„We were in town for a concert. Venue was 1.5 miles away. Hotel was clean, great staff, plenty of free parking and convenient snack purchase availability. Two social areas with TV's and bar available. Great to watch Final game of NBA and cheer along with complete strangers!!“

„This property is close to the expressway hence easy access as well as some unavoidable road noise. Plenty of on-site free parking. Airport is short drive away. There's a pool and gym. Coffee is available at the lobby. Rooms with locker, fridge, but no coffee machine. Beds are with nice mattress and clean sheets. Breakfast is Continental. Has good amount of seating area in the lobby. Staff is OK, but didn't find that welcoming.“

„The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and had a big couch and a desk. But the bed was much too firm and the carpet looked dingy. The lighting was too dim, even in the bathroom sink area. Breakfast was better than some other chain hotels, but we missed it on our last day because they had only told us the hours for the weekend, and breakfast ends earlier on weekdays.“

„After staying at the Crowne Plaza for the past 19 years and the last time 6 years ago it was again renovated. But it looks like kind of sloppy, and some of the Design choices were nauseating ( look at the picts). But the room was clean, the bathroom brand new. The new restaurant, Al‘s Table was better than the one before, but a bit understaffed. An experience you find also elsewhere. Food was fine, only the Cornbread, a southern staple, was underwhelming. „When we walked in the front door, the entry and lobby smelled so good - EVERY day. Our room and bathroom were very clean. AC was wonderful. Room was spacious. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Christina at the front desk was always warm, friendly, cheerful and helpful- no matter the time of day. She is a HUGE plus to this location. Breakfast was exceptional for a "hotel breakfast." Suggestion: More lights are needed on the side of the room above the fridge/TV/dresser area. Too dark on ...

„The staff is friendly, and the suites are spacious and adequately equippped. A room cleaning was arranged after two days, although NO such cleaning had been scheduled (for a four-day stay). Unfortunately, breakfast is served on paper plates, with plastic utensils. The food was adequate, but the eggs are probably powdered. Given the relatively low price, the service was sufficient.“

The following were marked ‘Out of order’: 1st floor women’s room, 2nd floor ice machine, and something else. Black mold on ice machine. Lobby not mopped 3 days. Footprints on walls in elevator. Miscellaneous stain on mattress in room. Dirty dishes in lobby 3 days. Hallways smelled of pot. Overall should have spent the extra $20 for someplace else.“
