„How this property ever got numerous 10 stars is beyond my comprehension; very obviously fake reviews. The shower floor was nasty. There was what appeared to be black mold under kitchen sink. Floors were uneven and sinking in spots. Roof covered with tarp. Walls were particle board and mismatched pieces of scrap wood. Overall, we had to question the integrity of the home. Owner did not sent check- in info on day of until we called an hour after check-in time. Left shortly after seeing the place. ...

„Stony Brook Cottage had not been cleaned well. There is a big problem with mice. Several lamps didn’t work. No spoons in the kitchen. Those are the negatives. The property, however, is situated on a gorgeous piece of land with a stream and woods for two elementary age boys to run around in. The hot tub was clean and had different temperature controls. They thoroughly enjoyed the game room. We had a wonderful time.“
