„I booked the Garden House as a place for our guests to stay since our nearby house lacks guest rooms. The location was fabulous and street parking was, as advertised, easy. We weren't in the house much but the decor was cute, the rooms were comfortable and the washer/dryer were much appreciated. It was too cold to enjoy the front balcony and side yard but I suspect they would be a wonderful feature during the warmer months.“

„The property is attractive and has updated appliances, which initially gave us a great first impression. Unfortunately, the positives were overshadowed by issues that should have been addressed before guests arrived. There was no toilet paper provided in the home, which is a basic necessity that every rental should have. Even more concerning, the bathtub leaked so badly that the entire bathroom floor was soaked when we arrived. (And making it impossible to feel safe enough to use the shower.) ...

Our host Justin was great at communicating everything to us so check in was super easy. He also had a nice notebook with lots of info about nearby attractions and restaurants. We had a great time! “

„I absolutely loved the fully equipped, spacious kitchen! The decor and vibe inside each room was very cool. And I can't say enough about the shower! That was about the best showering I've had in a while - I didn't know until then that I was walking around in a cloud of dirt looking like Pigpen (Charlie Brown character). Joking aside, the house had a great vibe and was super clean. I wish we spent more time at the house so I could just work and chill. Great stay and great communication with the ...

„The house itself was gorgeous! We loved all the charm. The beds were very comfortable! Communication with the host was fast and helpful. We had an issue with the door not unlocking and he helped us resolve it right away. Parking was probably the most difficult part. Most times we found a spot on the street but we had to drive around a few times before one opened up. Neighbors were loud during the early evening but settled down after dark. I would absolutely stay here again!“
